A report by one-man judicial commission on OROP has not been made public so far. Government is still examining the report.
It was submitted by L Narsimha Reddy retired Chief Justice of Patna High Court on 27 October 2016

A section of veteran groups under IESM rejected OROP implementation , saying it was incomplete and deviated from the accepted definition as approved by the Parliament.
