As a CAT aspirant here is quick guide
Step 1: Write AIMCAT (TIME test series is pretty good.)
Step 2: Analyse what each and every question you answered in AIMCAT. This should take you much more time than the time you took to write AIMCAT.
So for example if it took 2 hours to write exam. You may end up spending 6 hours or more going through each question. Comparing your approach with answer. Finding where your approach was wrong. What did your assume wrong or interpret wrong.
Step 3: Work on improving where your approach to question was incorrect.
I believe this should be effective in helping your crack CAT. It worked for me. Hope this helps! :)
