Trump said: I won 306 electoral college votes. I guess it was the biggest electoral college win since Ronald Reagan.

Journalist corrects him: Obama got 365 electoral votes

Trump changes his stance : I am talking about republicans

Journalist again corrects: George HW Bush got 426 votes

Trump: What no I was told I was given that information. I don't know. I was just given we had a very big margin.
Journalist: I guess my question is Why should Americans trust you when you accuse the information they receive as being fake when you're providing information that's false

Trump: Well, I don't know. I was given-actually. I have seen that information around.

Kamala Harris: Judge, Have you ever discussed Special Counsel Mueller or his investigation with anyone?
Brett Kavanaugh: Well, it's in the news everyday
Kamala Harris: Have you discussed it with anyone?
Brett Kavanaugh: With other judges I know

Kamala Harris making the question more specific: Have you  discussed with anyone at Kasowitz Benson and Torres, the law firm founded by Mark Kasowitz President Trump's Personal Lawyer ?
Be sure about your answer Sir.
Brett Kavanaugh: Well, I am not remembering but if you have something, you wanna
Kamala Harris: Are you certain you did not have that conversation with anyone at that law firm?
Brett Kavanaugh: Kasowtiz Benson

Kamala Harris defining again: Kasowitz Benson and Torres which is a law firm founded by Mark Kasowitz President who is Trump's Personal Lawyer. Have you had any conversation about Robert Mueller or his investigation at that firm?

How can you not remember whether or not you had a conversation about Robert Mueller or his investigation with anyone at that law firm? This investigation has only been going on for so long sir

Brett kavanaugh: I am not sure of anyone who works at that firm. I am just trying to think Do I know anyone that works at that firm.

Kamala Harris: That's not my question. My question is Have you had any conversation at that firm about the investigation, It's a very specific question?

Brett Kavanaugh: I would like to know the person You are thinking of

Kamala Harris: I think You are thinking of some person and you don't wanna tell us

Mr. Lee raises objection saying; Law firms abound in this town. They are metastasizing There are a lot of them They break off and form new firms They are like rabbits spawning new firms (a gentleman in background breaks down laughing) There is no possible way, we can expect this witness to know who populates an entire firm that he is not even sure...


My point of order Chairman is simply this, if there are names a list of names he can be given of the lawyers to whom she is referring it's fine But I think it's unfair to suggest that an entire law firm should be imputed into witness memory when he doesn't know who works at the law firm.


It looks like Brett Kavanaugh doesn't remember people he discusses Robert Mueller investigation with which is odd because You don't strike conversation on unrelated topics with random people.
